Getting Started
To use your dedicated charger, you need a Foresta account \u2014 the same login used for visitor parking stalls.
Complete the brief onboarding form and we'll handle everything else. Important: the email address you provide must match the one already associated with your Foresta account.
\u26a0\ufe0f Chargers left unused for an extended period may be temporarily deactivated to free up capacity. Reactivation is quick \u2014 just call or message us.

To use the Foresta app while in the parkade, connect to:

How It Works
Your charger is dedicated to your parking stall and managed through the Foresta app, which handles billing, session tracking, and support. You pay only for the energy you use, billed by the kilowatt-hour (kWh).
Shared charging network: Chargers are grouped in clusters of six. Available power is automatically distributed among active sessions. If several neighbours are charging simultaneously, speeds may be slower \u2014 this is normal and by design.
The system also reduces speeds during the building's peak electrical demand hours to keep hydro costs lower for everyone.
- Slow charging is most likely shared load \u2014 not a fault or malfunction
- 99% of users achieve a full charge within 12 hours
- Plug in when you get home and charge overnight
- Early on, with fewer active users, you'll likely see faster speeds
Rates & Fees

Example: 20 kWh used \u00d7 $0.25 = $5.00 + $0.50 processing fee = $5.50 total.
No monthly fees, no activation fees, no charges when idle.
The resident discount on visitor chargers is linked to your Foresta account and applied automatically.
